Le Gîte de Roseraie is secluded, and guests have access to the beautiful formal gardens around the Gîte and patio pool area, which has an outside kitchen with Gas BBQ, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge freezer.

There is also a large dinning Table and chairs complete with a relaxed garden sofa, garden armchairs, coffee table and for a chilly clear evening/ night to watch the stars sitting around the log burner.

 

There is also an Egg chair with views of the Lakes and if you are an early riser, you can watch some magnificent sunrises (weather permitting)

There are sun loungers and umbrellas situated around the patio area of the pool.

 

Guests will also have access to the Spa which is situated in a secluded part of the garden where you can watch the evening Sun go down, again weather permitting.

 

There is also access to 3 well stocked fishing lakes which you are able to walk round and take in the wildlife such as Ducks, Moorhens sometimes Deer, Hedgehogs and Fish. Plus, the wonderful birds that fly around the lakes such as birds of prey, woodpeckers, swallows, and Kingfisher.

 

With prior permission with the Host fishing is available and there are two rowing boats to go out on the lake to fish, lifejackets can be provided. Fishing equipment is not provided. There is a little fishing hut with includes a refrigerator for Bait and a kettle for Coffee/Tea (tea and coffee not provide) plus a seating area.

 

There is ample parking on site.
